hi! my name is Mollie Owens, i am 20 years old. i am a Colorado native ( meaning i was born here and lived here all my life.) i graduated from high school back in 2007 and two weeks after graduating started college, spent three semesters at metro state college of Denver. but i really felt like it wasn't for me well at least not right now, started working at an assisted living (old folks home) back in march of  2008, i love it. God has really blessed with this love for others. this past spring i spent six months as a live in nanny and become very involved with my church where i realized i wanted to do something bigger then myself and i knew that the kids i was taking care of didn't need me like others did. i started talking to some friends and my pastor and realized that God has really blessed me with some great talents and maybe he was calling me to do something i wouldn't normally do, so i prayed and prayed some more. someone suggested i go to Africa and love on some orphans. so i applied, while i was applying i got a new job, but felt like God was telling to tell my boss about this trip so i did, she then told me that when i came back from this trip she would hire me full time! at that moment i just knew this is where God was calling me to be! i know that God is really going to use the talents he has blessed me with while I'm there and i am so excited to love on his people weather it be my teammate ( that you guys :)) or on the people of Swaziland! cant wait to meet ya'll :)
