Hello! I'm Carly Brown! I am 20 years old, born and raised in Burbank, California! I am currently a sophomore at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, majoring in Social Sciences (Geography, Sociology, and Anthropology). I love my major because it allows me to learn more about the world and how incredibly diverse it is. Its awesome! I love reading, especially about Africa as well as other cultures in the world. Last summer I went on a summer project with Campus Crusade for Christ to Ocean City, New Jersey. There we received training in ministry and evangelism which was so sweet! We were also able to get part time jobs and I worked at McDonalds, in the back grilling, frying, and assembling that oh so wonderful food Oh what an experience it was! I love hearing people's stories and the amazing work the Lord is doing in their lives. I love Africa so I'm really excited for this trip! Woohoo!!!
